With this release, Fairmarkit is introducing the following updates. Please expect service interruptions during maintenance.
Maintenance window: February 8, 2024 3:00am - 3:30am ET
Buyers
Events list counter: The Events list now includes a summary with the number of events in each status. Fairmarkit insights: To make it easier to review your supplier recommendations, you can now review the Fairmarkit Insights and Company description column for more information on each recommendation. Fairmarkit Insights will tell you how likely a supplier will respond if invited to the event (low, medium, or high) and replaces the existing confidence scores. Section templates: You can now create section templates in addition to event templates for your request for proposal and request for information events. AI question suggestions: From a request for proposal event, you can now request AI-generated question suggestions. When requested, we'll provide a suggested section description and questions, which you can select from and apply to your event. Advanced supplier tag searches: You can now create advanced supplier tag searches by combining multiple tags with an AND or OR when searching for suppliers. Flexible evaluation start date: With the Evaluate Now button, you can start your evaluation period as soon as an event closes. Metric Ton UOM: Added Metric Ton as an available unit of measure for goods line items. AI feature configuration: Added a configuration to control if AI features, such as suggested sections and questions, are available on events. Additional line items configuration: Added a configuration to control if buyers can add line items to request for quote events that have been imported via an integration.
