Scheduled Maintenance Notification - ATTENTION: An upcoming maintenance window has been scheduled on the platform and its underlying infrastructure. Please expect service interruptions during the duration of the window.

Maintenance Window Date: May 4th, 2023
Maintenance Window Times: 2:00am EST to 3:00am EST

Service Impact Details: The following platform components that will be updated during the scheduled maintenance window:

    - Buyer experiences:
          - SSO login redirect: When you use SSO and click a link to access a page in Fairmarkit, authentication will redirect you to the original page.
          - Design drop-down questions for templates: You can now create drop-down questions on your templates. With drop-down questions, you can control the responses, making it easier for you to analyze and for suppliers to respond to your events.
          - Added Portuguese language support: Fairmarkit now supports Portuguese (Brazil) language and localization (number and currency format).
          - Test request for quote events: You can now create test request for quote events. This allows you to run a simulated event without sending emails to suppliers or impacting usage reports.
          - Edit request for proposal events: You can now edit select fields when your request for proposal or request for information events are in Opened, Closed, or Awarded status. For more information, see our documentation.
          - Marketplace Search: The Marketplace search correctly works when you've also filtered the list by multiple categories.

    - Supplier experiences:
          - Removed Support phone number: Because most issues are better resolved via email, removed the Support phone number from the application and the notification emails you receive from Fairmarkit.
