With this release, Fairmarkit is introducing the following updates. Please expect service interruptions during maintenance.

Buyers
Comments & messages: When working on events, you can now send internal comments to your team and messages to suppliers to communicate and share information about the event. Notifications: A new Notifications menu lets you see notifications when comments or messages are added to your events. Category search: When selecting a Category, you can now search the list of available categories. Price books suggestions: With price books, if you enter a line item and all or part of the Description, Manufacturer, or MFG part # match a price books item, you can review and select the item for awarding on your event. When all items are matched, you can move directly to awarding your event. Supplier response summary: You can now receive an automated email with a summary of supplier responses for your request for proposal and request for information events. You can also generate and download it from your event. Updated RFP/RFI page header: Updated the request for proposal and request for information event header to better display information like event title, event type, test option, rounds, share option, comments and messages, and actions. View archived events: You can now view archived events. Sealed bids configuration: Added a configuration to control if buyers can deselect the Sealed bid option on request for quote events.
